How to measure the wall for an order?
To properly measure your wall, please follow the provided instruction

. We recommend adding 6-10 cm to both the width and height measurements, as walls are not always perfectly even.
How will my order be cut?
You will receive your wallpaper in the dimensions you specified when placing your order

The wallpaper will be divided into convenient strips, each up to 50 cm wide
Does the wallpaper come in rolls?
We do not use mass production techniques. Instead, we print the image using large format printing technology at the time of order, taking into account all the specifications of our customers

As a result, you will receive your wallpaper already cut into rolls, neatly packed up for delivery.
Is this a non-woven wallpaper?
Yes, all of our wallpapers feature a non-woven backing covered with a thin layer of vinyl, which adds density and a beautiful embossed texture
What is vinyl coating?
Vinyl coating is a thin layer of PVC applied to a non-woven base

It also enables the wallpaper to be wiped with a damp sponge for cleaning

Additionally, the vinyl coating creates an embossed surface on the wallpaper, resembling linen fabric.
Can wallpaper be washed?
You can clean the wallpaper very gently with a slightly damp sponge. However, we do not recommend scrubbing or using detergents to clean the wallpaper, as this can damage the wallpaper's finish and colors.
I need waterproof wallpaper. What material should I choose?
We cannot offer wallpapers that are resistant to constant water flow or high humidity.

However, you can opt for adding a varnish coating to the wallpaper. This will provide extra water resistance, enabling them to withstand splashes of water and dirt, and making them easier to clean.
Are Materials Hazardous to Human Health?
All materials that we use are completely safe for human and pet health.
What is varnish coating?
Varnish coating involves covering the finished wallpaper with a thin layer of transparent varnish. This process increases the strength and moisture resistance of the wallpaper. Additionally, varnished wallpapers can be washed with a damp sponge for easy cleaning.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
You can track the status of your order using its tracking number on the Fedex website. We send the tracking number to the email address you provided during the order process. If you don't see our messages, please check your spam folder or feel free to email us at [email protected]
My order has not been delivered yet, what should I do?
After placing an order on our website, typically within 2-3 days, your order is processed and dispatched for delivery

You will then receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your order on the Fedex website. Please consider the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier, which usually ranges from 2-5 business days

I don't live in the United States , can I still order?
Yes, we deliver to all countries worldwide. You are welcome to request delivery to any country.
Who will deliver my order?
In the United States , our packages are delivered by Fedex.
How much does shipping cost for my order?
Delivery to the United States is free for all orders. Exceptions include hard-to-reach regions of the United States

Delivery to other countries and hard-to-reach areas is charged according to the carrier's rates. You can find the shipping charges in your shopping cart during checkout
Are there any additional shipping fees?
No, our company covers customs duties. If you receive an invoice for customs duties upon delivery, please contact our customer service to resolve the issue.
How can I pay for an order?
We offer the following payment methods:

Credit card: You can securely pay for your order by entering your card details on the website of the Stripe payment system.

PayPal: You can conveniently pay for the order using the PayPal payment system directly in the cart.
Are payments on the website safe?

Where should I enter the promo code?
The promo code is entered in the shopping cart at checkout.
Can I use multiple promo codes in my order?
No, you can only use one promo code at checkout.
Can the promo code discount be combined with discounts on the website?
Yes, if there are promotions or discounts currently available on the website, they can be used together with a promotional code.
How to paste wallpaper?
We will provide you with detailed wallpapering instructions along with your order. Here you can read detailed instructions for wallpapering on our website.
How many rolls of wallpaper do I need?
We custom-make wallpaper according to your measurements. When placing your order, simply specify the size of the wall you want to wallpaper. We will then produce and send you a wallpaper canvas of your specified size, divided into convenient strips, up to 50 cm wide.
What kind of paste is needed for wallpapering?
You can order our wallpaper paste on our website to save time.

If you want to buy the paste yourself, you need a non-woven wallpaper based paste for vinyl wallpaper.
Does the wallpaper need to be pasted end to end or overlapped?
It depends on the height of the wallpaper:
Wallpapers up to 3.60 meters in height must be glued end-to-end.
Wallpaper over 3.60 meters in height is pasted with an overlap, followed by cutting the joint already on the wall.

Can I Exchange My Order?
You can exchange your order if you receive a defective or damaged item. In such a case, you must return the order to us. We will produce and send you new wallpapers for free to replace the defective ones

Please note:It is very important to carefully inspect the wallpaper upon receipt and before hanging it, as we will not be able to exchange wallpaper that has already been applied to the wall. Also, please remember that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
I have received a defective item. What should I do?
If you have received a defective item, you can exercise your right to exchange or return it within 14 days after receiving the wallpaper. To initiate the process, please contact us via email. Our manager will provide further instructions on how to proceed in this case.
How to make a refund?
You can request a refund for the order within 14 days after receiving the goods if you received a defective or damaged product. To do this, please contact us by email. Our manager will explain how to proceed in this case.
Which product is considered defective?
The following shall be considered defective:
- wallpapers that have different colors on different tiles;
- damaged or torn wallpaper;
- you have received an incomplete order;
- you received the image that you have not ordered.
Can you change the image (remove elements or change colors)?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, many popular designs are already available on the website in different colors. Please pay attention to this when choosing an item on the website.
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you haven't received an order confirmation, it may be due to a technical glitch. Please send us an email to receive confirmation of your order from our manager.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes or cancel your order before it has been sent to print. This typically occurs a few hours after placing an order on the website{br}{br} Contact our email manager to inquire about the possibility of making changes to the order. Please notify us as soon as you find an error in the order.
How to track the status of my order?
