What should the photo for printing look like?
The better the photo, the brighter and better the print. If the photo is too small, we will notify you about it
Will the picture have a frame?
We sell pictures on stretcher bars - it's a wooden frame on which the canvas is stretched. This picture doesn't need to be framed; you can hang it directly on the wall.
Can I order a frame for the picture?
We do not sell frames for pictures
What will the sides of the picture look like?
To stretch the canvas on stretcher bars without damaging the image, we use mirrored image.
How to hang the picture on the wall?
You can hang the picture on screws. To do this, we include fixtures with our pictures, which will make it convenient to hang the picture.
What material do you print pictures on?
Three types of material are available for ordering:
Economic Canvas - a dense and durable material for digital printing, identical to painter's canvas, waterproof surface, realistic reproduction of details, medium-grain material. Premium Canvas - the texture resembles a painter's canvas (interwoven small threads). Soft, detailed reproduction of the image on a matte surface. Eco-Premium - high quality 100% cotton fabric. Thanks to natural cotton fibers, the material is durable and wear-resistant. Excellent color reproduction and detail.
What is Economic Canvas?
It's a cheaper version of canvas. It's more durable and moisture-resistant, but its surface doesn't have as pronounced a texture as Premium Canvas
What is Premium Canvas?
The fine weave of threads on this canvas resembles the surface of professional artist canvases.
Will the picture fade over time?
We do not recommend placing the picture directly under sunlight or in a humid room. This may dull the brightness of the picture over time.
What is varnishing?
Varnishing creates an additional protective layer on the canvas. The picture will be more resistant to minor damages, and to refresh the varnished picture, you can wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Can I place text on the picture?
Yes, in the picture creator, you can add any text to your photo.
Can the picture be washed?
The picture can be gently wiped with a dry soft cloth or sponge; it is not recommended to use wet products.
The use of a damp sponge is allowed only if the picture has been varnished.
The surface of the picture is matte?
An additional varnish coating provides a delicate satin finish
What are the file requirements for printing?
The best option is a photo taken with a camera or phone.
File size from 1 to 32 MB.
At least one side of the image must be at least 1700 pixels.
How will my order be packaged?
Each picture is wrapped in stretch film and packed in a shipping carton
What is the width of the stretcher bar?
Stretcher bar width = 2cm
